Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Post0, a social media scheduling service ("Service") provided by Kittichote Kamalapirat("we ", "us", or "our"), based in Thailand. By creating an account, signing in with a third-party identity provider, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on your own behalf or on behalf of the organization you represent.
2. Account
You may create an account using email and password or by signing in with Google. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us at post0@theacorn.studio if you suspect unauthorized use.
3. Connecting Third-Party Accounts
The Service lets you connect third-party accounts (such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube) so that Post0 can publish content and read analytics on your behalf. When you connect such an account, you authorize Post0to access and use the data and perform the actions described on the authorization screen of that third-party provider. You remain bound by the terms of service and policies of each third-party provider (for example, Instagram's Platform Terms and YouTube's API Services Terms), and you are solely responsible for the content you publish through those accounts.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- publish content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, harassing, or otherwise harmful;
- send spam, automated promotional content, or any content that violates the terms of the connected third-party platforms;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, its underlying infrastructure, or other users' accounts;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from the Service, except to the extent permitted by applicable law;
- resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service except as expressly permitted in a separate written agreement with us.
5. Your Content
You retain ownership of the content (text, images, video, etc.) you upload, schedule, or publish through the Service. You grant Post0 a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, transmit, and process that content solely to operate and improve the Service, including delivering it to the third-party platforms you have connected.
6. Service Availability
We provide the Service on an "as-is" and "as-available " basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that scheduled posts will always reach their destination — third-party platforms may rate-limit, reject, or delay posts for reasons outside our control.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account by emailing post0@theacorn.studio. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if continuing to provide the Service to you exposes us or other users to harm.
8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kittichote Kamalapirat disclaims all warranties, express or implied. In no event shall Kittichote Kamalapirat be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will notify you via email or via the Service. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Thailand.
